On losing a son to war

I have a son. And so, I mourn the loss of this son. I only knew Jason Shay through the blogosphere and his posts on through amber lenses. He was killed in action on September 3rd at the age of 22. Alex Horton, a fellow soldier and blogger, has posted a very fitting tribute here.
